Valley Center is a town that is located 39 miles away from San Diego, which is a 51 minute drive. This is a small town of only 9,200 residents, and is located just off Interstate 15. This town is transitioning from a rural town to a suburban community. Most of the town has been dedicated to agricultural purposes, growing lemons, oranges, and avocadoes. Valley Center is home to the Adams Community Park, where residents can play tennis, swim in the community pool, and have a relaxing picnic with the family.

Valley Center Yearly Events
Get your cowboy hat ready for the annual Western Days event located in Valley Center. The biggest event of the year, this sesquicentennial event is held every year in May, and includes an annual rodeo, festival and carnival. You can also take your family out for a relaxing summer picnic at the Robert Adams Community Park.
