La Habra Homes for Sale

Now a Los Angeles bedroom community, La Habra was once known as being the city directly next to Hass Avocado home La Habra Heights. Settled by cattle ranchers who named the city after the Spanish words for “to pass through the hills”, La Habra was once a fertile agricultural center. Walnuts, oranges and avocados were all grown right in Orange County’s own La Habra, and this agricultural industry helped it grow into the city it is today.
